We make our rusks to order every week. Free from added preservatives, full of quality ingredients.

Nourishing rusks are the perfect accompaniment to dip in tea, dunked in coffee or simply crunched on their own.

Turns out the judges like a good rusk too.

Our Pepita + Sunflower Rusks and Pecan + Chocolate Rusks were both awarded Silver Medals at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show in 2026: a pretty exciting result for our little Sunshine Coast bakery.
