The gourmand’s solution to the humble rusk, our Pecan+Chocolate Rusks won a Silver Medal at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show (2026). Nutty pecans with smooth dark chocolate, these pair perfectly with coffee (or anything if we’re being honest).
The perfect after dinner treat, midmorning pick-me-up or haul-me-through-the-arvo lifebuoy.
Our rusks are made fresh and to order.
Ingredients: wheat flour, bran flakes (wheat, barley malt extract, minerals), buttermilk, butter, sugar, rice bran oil, pecans (7%), dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier(soy), milk solids) (5%), baking powder, vanilla, sea salt.
ALLERGENS: Gluten (wheat), nuts (pecan), dairy & soy.
