Friendly to those with gluten and dairy intolerances, our GF DF Coconut + Ginger Rusks are a delicious addition to your snack and breakfast rituals. Bright pops of Buderim Naked Ginger, smooth coconut and a vanilla/ginger base combine to make this a gorgeous rusk.
Ingredients: Gluten free flour (Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Rice Bran, Vegetable Gum (Thickener): Guar Gum), coconut milk, coconut oil, sugar, rice bran oil, eggs, coconut (7%), Buderim Ginger Naked (5%) (ginger, cane sugar), almond, baking powder, vanilla, sea salt.
CONTAINS: Nuts (almond) and eggs.
NOTE: Our gluten and dairy friendly rusks are made in the same kitchen as our evil gluten rusks. While every effort is made with cleaning and sanitisation between the two, our DF+GF rusks are unfortunately not suitable for those with severe allergies (eg coeliacs).
